LEDS� ensures safeguards against health hazards for sewage workers through awareness generation, linkage to public healthcare� facilities and advocacy planning. We� strive towards making favourable changes in� insurance norms and incorporate them� under the� ESI category. Ensuring community access to� basic healthcare is one of the prime� goals of our organization.

LEDS focuses on the welfare and development of migrant labourers, construction and sewage� workers, and communities of Dalits, Muslims and Adivasis. We aim at achieving� basic education� rights and entitlements� for labour children through skill development and implementation of� government schemes and policies. � �
